A Deep Impacting Movie for the Ages

Thanks for the article from Maxine Taylor

The other days I was watching TV when I came across a well made movie about some compassionate people. The movie was called, "Machete". I watched this new favorite movie on demand on Direct.tv. What really blew me away about Machete were the explosions. Robert Rodriguez really knows how to make plastic explosives and I think that if he wanted to be a terrorist trainer he would succeed. Danny Trejo brought a lot of emotion to the character by giving Jessica Alba longing glances. Jessica didn't have a leg that was a gun. I was bummed out about t! his because I think that when women are portrayed as shotgun-legged, men tend to tune into the movie closer. I liked how Machete rode around on a motorcycle that had guns on it. This is every boy's dream. I am a little disappointed that Robert Rodriguez chose Danny Trejo to be the leading man when it is obvious that Michelle Rodriguez is more of a man than he will ever be. Perhaps they will make a movie starring her that is titled "Butter Knife" or "Hair Clippers". She could be a hairdresser who kills people by shaving their heads too close and then wiping butter on their necks as a way of inviting the coyotes she keeps to feast on the flesh. Robert Rodriguez is brilliant.
