Mini Tuna Puffs

I came across this recipe a while ago in a magazine. It's really simple and quick to make. All you need is a can of Pillsbury Crescent, a can of tuna, an egg, mayo and some pepper.
Open the can of tuna, drain it and scoop it into a bowl. Make sure that you drain the tuna well.

Scoop in a few dollops of mayo and mix it with the tuna.

Crack in some pepper.

Pop open the Pillsbury Crescent dough can.

Unroll it out on a chopping board/work space.

Separate it into 8 pieces.

Using a serrated knife, cut the triangles into half. Now you have 16 smaller pieces.

Scoop some tuna mix unto the triangles.

Brush some egg wash on the sides of the triangles.

Fold the triangles over. Using a fork, press down the sides to seal it.

Transfer the tuna puffs onto a greased baking tray.

Brush on some egg wash. This is to give the puffs a nice golden brown color when it's done.

Pop the tray into the oven at 375F for about 11 minutes.

Remove the tray and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

There you go! Mini Tuna Puffs. Serve the puffs when it's still warm. It's really simple to make and really yummy too! I bet it will be a hit with kids and adults alike!! Try it ;D

  2. Welllll...I enjoy eating, so I guess enjoying to cook and bake comes naturally? Hahaha. Anyway, unlike Malaysia, it's too expensive to eat out here all the time. So no choice lorr...
